Enjoy the beautiful view
Kick back and enjoy a relaxing stay in your very own oceanfront beach house in the sky! Located on the 25th floor of the Margate Tower, the crown jewel of Kingston Plantation, you have panoramic views all the way up the coast to North Carolina. Enjoy the sunrise from the wrap-around balcony or sleep in - it's your vacation, do what you want!
There's plenty of room for family and friends in this four bedroom, three bathroom home that boasts over 2500 square feet of space and accommodates 10 guests.
Sleeping arrangements
Two Master Bedrooms have oceanfront views and King beds, each with ensuite bathrooms. One of the Master Bedrooms has a jetted soaker tub. The other Master Bedroom has direct access to the balcony via a sliding door. The third bedroom has a Queen bed, with direct access to a bathroom and a small, private balcony. The fourth bedroom has two Twin beds that can be joined to form a King bed. There is also a Queen sized sleeper sofa in the Great Room.
Home amenities
A full kitchen is ready for you with refrigerator, freezer, range, oven, microwave, dishwasher, plus small appliances such as a coffee maker, electric tea kettle, toaster, and blender. We are fully stocked with cookware, bakeware, dinnerware, flatware and beverage glasses. Spacious cabinetry has room for all your vacation essentials.
A washer, dryer, and sink is available in the Utility Room off of the kitchen, so you can do a quick load of laundry if needed. We appreciate our guests using the Utility Room entrance, instead of the main entrance, when returning home from the beach or pool in order to keep the rest of the villa from getting wet and sandy.
Outdoor fun
At Bella Vista, you are only steps to the beach and we have all the essentials ready for you, so you don't have the hassle of bringing it all: we've got beach chairs, towels, a cooler (ice machine available on the lobby level on the way to the pool), plus sand toys for the kids, and a beach cart to make hauling everything to the sand easier!
Indoor fun
Should poor weather strike, we've got you covered with plenty of board games, books, DVDs, and a 75" flat-screen Smart TV in the living room so you can access your own streaming services, along with flat-screen TVs in all the bedrooms.
Staying connected
While we know most folks come to Bella Vista to unplug, but should you need to stay connected, or if you are coming for a workcation, we have high-speed wifi available, plus bedside device chargers, along with writing desks in three guest rooms and the Great Room to pop open your laptop.

Margate Tower
Margate Tower is the highlight of Kingston Plantation. Rising 29 stories above the beach, it is the tallest building on the South Carolina coast and is built to International Building Code standards. With only 9 units per floor, this upscale oasis provides privacy yet proximity to the beach, being only steps away through its private access. Margate also has its own dedicated two-level pool, with the upper pool being heated, along with a hot tub. Covered parking is available in the dedicated parking deck. Ice machines are located on the lobby level on the way to the pool. Plus, just a short walk away are all the other amenities of the Kingston Plantation community.
Kingston Plantation
Kingston Plantation is a 145-acre master planned community and it is nothing less than SPECTACULAR! Situated in the northern section of Myrtle Beach in the family-friendly area of Acadian Shores, it contains twenty-three acres of fresh water lakes that are surrounded by beautifully manicured grounds and mature trees. The community boasts a half-mile of wide, white sand beaches, several pools, both indoor and outdoor, as well as the Splash! Waterpark and lazy river. Also on property is a Fitness facility with the latest exercise equipment, weights, four tennis courts, and four pickleball courts.
For dining options, Kingston Plantation features four on-site restaurants and an Embassy Suites Hotel where you can enjoy their seasonal pool-side bar/cafe serving Starbucks coffee and their oceanfront restaurants.
