About Bella Vista Brighton
Enjoy the beautiful view
If there's one thing we appreciate at Bella Vista properties, it's the view! Located on the 6th floor of the Brighton Tower, you have direct views to the newly renovated Currents Waterpark and pool complex at the Embassy Suites, along with beautiful ocean views.
Bella Vista Brighton is a sweet two bedroom, two bathroom home sized at 1200 square feet and accommodates 6 guests. If you need more room for family and friends, be sure to check out our sister property, Bella Vista Margate, which can accommodate up to 10 guests in 4 bedrooms.
Sleeping arrangements
The Primary Bedroom has a King bed, ensuite bathroom with a jetted soaker tub, and direct access to the balcony via a sliding door. The secondary bedroom has two Queen beds with plenty of storage in two spacious dressers. There is a bathroom across the hall for this room. There is also a Queen sized sleeper sofa in the Living Room, so you have lots of sleeping arrangement options, based on your group's composition.
Home amenities
A cozy kitchen is ready for you with brand new stainless steel appliances: refrigerator, freezer, range, oven, microwave, dishwasher. We also offer small appliances such as a coffee maker, electric tea kettle, toaster, and blender. We are fully stocked with all you need to cook, bake, dine and drink! Also, a washer and dryer is available in the secondary bathroom, so you don't have to pack too much since you can always run a load during your stay with us.
Outdoor fun
We are mere steps away to the beach, pool and waterpark! As our guests, you have full access to all the resort amenities that Kingston Plantation has to offer. Our balcony has seating for 6 with our brand new Polywood furniture.
Indoor fun
Should poor weather strike, we've got you covered with plenty of board games and books. The dining table seats six and is a perfect spot to lay out a game or a puzzle. The living room and both bedrooms have flat-screen TVs as well.
Staying connected
We know most folks will come to the beach to unplug, but should you need to stay connected, or if this is a "workcation" then we've got you covered. We have high-speed wifi available, plus bedside device chargers, along with a writing desk in Primary bedroom. We also have a small table off the kitchen with a wonderful view that's a perfect spot to pop open your laptop.

Brighton Tower
Brighton Tower is right next door to Margate Tower, where its sister property is located. Brighton is 21 stories above the beach, with Bella Vista being located on the 6th floor, we think it is the perfect height to be just above the hustle and bustle of the waterpark and the pool complex below, but close enough to enjoy watching the goings on. Proximity to the beach is another big draw, as Brighton has direct private access. Brighton has its own dedicated pool. Covered parking is available in the adjacent parking deck. Just a short walk away are all the other amenities of the Kingston Plantation community, including the brand new Black Drum Brewery.
Kingston Plantation
Kingston Plantation is a 145-acre master planned community and it is nothing less than SPECTACULAR! Situated in the northern section of Myrtle Beach in the family-friendly area of Acadian Shores, it contains twenty-three acres of fresh water lakes that are surrounded by beautifully manicured grounds and mature trees. The community boasts a half-mile of wide, white sand beaches, several pools, both indoor and outdoor, as well as the Splash! Waterpark and lazy river. Also on property is a Fitness facility with the latest exercise equipment, weights, four tennis courts, and four pickleball courts.
For dining options, Kingston Plantation features four on-site restaurants and an Embassy Suites Hotel where you can enjoy their seasonal pool-side bar/cafe serving Starbucks coffee and their oceanfront restaurants. Plan ahead to pamper yourself and book your services at the on-site relaxing day spa at Spa 33.
